All items need to be in brand new condition with tags, armour (if applicable) and all relevant packaging.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to us.

You may have noticed that some product lines have to be ordered in, regardless of the size or colour.
We're a small business with a tiny bricks and mortar shop (and even tinier storeroom!).
While we try our best to maintain great depth in our most popular items, it makes business sense to be strategic about what we actively keep in stock.
So, rather than have a sparse sprinkling of everything possible, we choose the products that people most likely purchase, and have these ready to go.
The result is that you're less likely to wait for your items, and we're less likely to sit on products that move slowly. We'll have better cashflow in order to run our business smoothly.

To back up the quality of the products we stock, we offer a 12-month warranty on all products in our store from the date of purchase, even if the manufacturer's warranty is shorter.
We'll need photos of the item and details of what happened to cause it.
Manufacturing defects include unravelling stitching, stuck or broken zippers, or premature detaching of parts.
Warranty does not cover discolouration, wear from normal use, normal breakdown of materials, or damaged caused by misuse or a crash.
At first I thought the price was too high. So, I went to the physical store to inspect it myself. I bought it straight away because the quality is actually super high. The bag material is rugged and the zips are tough and won't be letting any water in. I can see this tail bag lasting a long time. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would easily recommend it to anyone on the fence about buying this.

I was looking for a waterproof tailbag, so many options but so few that are waterproof without the need for an extra cover. The Small Tully bag delivers in many ways, Waterproof, fixings, looks, and size all making it a great option. Works great on the back of my 790 Adventure R.
I got the 22L size for my daily commute. It is perfect to store all my necessary items including my shoes, the tons of food I eat, water bottle, rain gear, computer and iPad. After all these there is still space for more. The size is perfect as a back pack and quite comfortable as well.
After a heavy rain week I put it’s waterproofing to the test and I was amazed by it. Everything was dry and not a single drop of water came in.
I love that it opens as a case, it allows me to see and grab what I need without having to take everything out (classic for any motorcycle backpack).
Super easy to install as a tailbag as well and looks great.

Got the 15L Tully tail bag to carry the daily essentials but also for overnight trips. I haven't used it for a trip away yet but the bag was easy to attach to my seat and holds a surprisingly large amount of stuff. The zip is a bit hard to use but I think it'll get easier with time.
Finally Santa arrived and thanks to the Victorian weather I’ve been able to road test the Tully 15L tail bag. It’s fantastic, does exactly what it says it’ll do. Adequate storage space for my needs, weather protection and easy to fit to the bike and goer off and go as I need. Great customer service through out my purchase ( oops Santa’s selection and delivery)
Super happy with the medium Tully which comfortably accommodates, emergency tools, spare tube, maps, first aid kit, snacks, a tech item or two with room to spare. Very helpful and friendly in store service. Highly recommend.

Believe me, I researched this. A lot. There are just so many tail bags out there at all sorts of price points and with all sorts of specifications. I kind of stumbled on the Tullys by accident and the medium sized bag seemed to exactly fit my requirements, being just the right size, waterproof and easily attached to the rack on my Moto Guzzi V85TT. As I read further, it just got better - it comes with extra straps to aid with attaching further bags if required, a shoulder strap AND straps to turn it into a backpack if required. I could opt for snap-closing hardware to ensure there's no chance the bag can be shaken loose, there's an extra pocket where I can store a tyre repair kit... on and on it went.
And the clincher? They are just such a friendly and personable company to deal with. The pack and compression inserts (they're brilliant too!) came with a personal note from Amanda and I've had contact from her again, all of it kind, enthusiastic and respectful.
Bottom line - I'm not only delighted with the bag because it's all that it advertizes itself as and more, I'm delighted to be part of the Flying Solo world and will always look there first when considering gear. I could not endorse this item more highly.
