For Australian orders less than $250 AUD, we charge a flat rate of $10.

Express Post is available at $20.

Assuming the supplier has the item in stock, here are the following timelines for each brand, from the day you place an order with us. We included the location where each brand is based.

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you need to exchange or refund, you can do so within 30 days of purchase.

All items need to be in brand new condition with tags, armour (if applicable) and all relevant packaging.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to us.

Please note we cannot exchange or refund the following items:

  • Helmets
  • Bike maintenance products such as Motul or Muc-Off cleaners, lubes, and oil

To back up the quality of the products we stock, we offer a 12-month warranty on all products in our store from the date of purchase, even if the manufacturer's warranty is shorter.

We'll need photos of the item and details of what happened to cause it.

Manufacturing defects include unravelling stitching, stuck or broken zippers, or premature detaching of parts.

Warranty does not cover discolouration, wear from normal use, normal breakdown of materials, or damaged caused by misuse or a crash.

Bike Care & Maintenance

Cleaning your motorcycle using Muc-Off cleaners can be an effective way to remove dirt, grime, and grease while protecting the various surfaces of your bike. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to clean your motorcycle using Muc-Off cleaners:

  1. Preparation:

    • Park your motorcycle in a well-ventilated area and ensure the engine is cool before starting the cleaning process.
    • Gather all the necessary cleaning supplies, including Muc-Off cleaners, a bucket, a hose or pressure washer, microfiber cloths, and soft brushes.

  2. Pre-Rinse:

    • Use a hose or pressure washer on a low-pressure setting to pre-rinse the entire motorcycle, loosening and removing any loose dirt and debris.

  3. Degreasing:

    • If your motorcycle has excessive grease or grime, start by applying Muc-Off's specialized degreaser to the engine, chain, and other greasy areas.
    • Follow the instructions on the product for application and dwell time. Typically, you spray the degreaser onto the surface, let it penetrate for a few minutes, and then rinse it off with water.

  4. Cleaning:

    • Dilute the Muc-Off cleaner (such as Muc-Off Nano Tech Bike Cleaner) according to the instructions on the bottle.
    • Using a bucket filled with the diluted cleaner and a soft brush or sponge, start washing the motorcycle, working from the top down.
    • Pay attention to areas that accumulate dirt, such as the wheels, fairings, and exhaust pipes. Use appropriate brushes or detailing tools to reach into crevices and remove stubborn grime.
    • Allow the cleaner to dwell on the surface for a short period, typically a few minutes, to loosen the dirt and grime.
    • Rinse off the cleaner thoroughly using a hose or pressure washer, ensuring all residue is removed.

  5. Finishing Touches:

    • Once the motorcycle is rinsed, use a microfiber cloth to dry the surfaces, preventing water spots and streaks.
    • For added shine and protection, you can apply Muc-Off's motorcycle-specific detailing products, such as Muc-Off Motorcycle Protectant or Motorcycle Speed Polish, following the instructions provided.

  6. Post-Cleaning:

    • Dispose of any cleaning solutions and rinse water responsibly, following local environmental regulations.
    • Properly clean and store your cleaning tools, ensuring they are ready for future use.
